Dr. Zammitti explains the benefits of straight teeth

Some people wonder why Charlotte orthodontist Dr. Sal Zammitti and our team work tirelessly to give our patients straight teeth. Of course it’s nice to have a smile full of evenly-aligned teeth, but did you know that straightening your teeth at Zammitti Orthodontics can keep them healthier? Straight teeth lead to better oral hygiene, increasing your chances of keeping your own natural teeth for a lifetime!

Straight teeth are less prone to decay, because they collect less plaque—the sticky colorless substance that forms on our teeth and leads to tooth decay; and they are easier to keep clean!

If you’re wondering whether your teeth might cause problems because they are out of alignment, please give us a call to set up a consultation. Dr. Zammitti can help you decide whether or not you will benefit from orthodontic treatment.

"I was referred to Dr. Zammitti by a good friend and I am so glad that she gave me the number to his office. f your looking for fun, happy and professional, this is the place to go. The staff are great and very helpful. They explain everything so you completely understand procedures. The treatment cost and financial options are within an economical range so you do not have to worry about refinancing your home. If you're looking for an orthodontist I would say this would be the office you should call first." --Corie's mom

Everyone on their staff went out of their way to make certain that the boys felt comfortable and they showed such a tremendous amount of feelings and concern.
